This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Foster sales growth and enhance brand preference in automation by engaging with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team on strategic account planning to secure business from end-users.
• Create presentations and product demonstrations to illustrate the value of solutions offered.
• Maintain ongoing communication with sales teams, distributors, end-users, and various divisions.
• Provide insights regarding competition, innovation, and customer requirements to divisional resources.
• Efficiently manage territory utilizing an 80/20 strategy.
• Oversee project scopes and timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Offer expertise in robotic welding applications and automated welding systems.
• Assist customers and integrators with system setup, parameter selection, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct training sessions, demonstrations, and continuous technical support for end-users, OEMs, and distribution partners.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding or a related field, with a background in robotics, controls, and advanced welding techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Previous experience in a sales role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel overnight for at least 50 - 75% of the time.
