Automation Optimization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Improve operational efficiency by implementing automation and optimization strategies within the Revenue Cycle department.

• Utilize EPIC automation, Studio-X, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to enhance workflows and minimize manual processes.

• Employ advanced coding techniques and emerging technologies to facilitate process enhancements and scalability.

• Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation.

• Collaborate with various departments.

• Offer training and support for ongoing development needs.

• Implement Revenue Cycle processes, lean methodologies, and automation technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, process enhancement, or roles related to automation.

• Proficient in Studio-X, Power Automate, and/or Copilot Studio.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with Epic and basic report writing is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent is preferred, though not mandatory.
