Automation and Integrations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Convert business objectives and workflows into technical specifications and development plans.

• Pose discovery questions to pinpoint triggers, conditions, data needs, integrations, dependencies, edge cases, and potential failure points.

• Design and create automations utilizing HighLevel and affiliated platforms.

• Establish data sources, storage solutions, record matching, and deduplication criteria.

• Develop workflows, integrations, scripts, and smaller services as necessary.

• Strategize and execute testing, error management, monitoring, and transitions.

• Generate clear specifications, SOPs, diagrams, documentation, and transition notes.

• Suggest straightforward, dependable solutions and practical alternatives when necessary.

• Collaborate directly with the Director of Operations and the delivery team based in the Philippines.

• Create reusable frameworks across various client accounts.

• Oversee a task queue in Asana and proactively identify any obstacles.

• Utilize AI assistants and agents for bulk updates, audits, reporting, and data management.

• Assist client sub-accounts across various sectors including real estate, mortgage, home services, moving companies, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct HighLevel experience in an agency setting.

• Proven ability to convert business processes into technical build plans, rather than merely executing tasks.

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English communication.

• Experience in documenting integrations and automations clearly for team transitions.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace at home.

• Proficient in HighLevel / GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: workflows, triggers, pipelines, opportunities, custom fields, custom values, tags, snapshots, sub-account management, user roles, SaaS versus standard sub-account configurations, email builder, templates, Handlebars or custom value logic, forms, surveys, funnels, websites, calendars, and domain connection.

• Capability to independently interpret API documentation and create integrations.

• Understanding of REST APIs, API keys, OAuth, inbound and outbound webhooks, JSON payloads, pagination, and rate limits.

• Familiarity with HighLevel / LeadConnector API v2.

• Experience in designing integrations that avoid duplicate records, including the use of external IDs and upserting.

• Advanced knowledge of Zapier and Make (Integromat), including multi-step scenarios, webhooks, filters, paths, and error handling.

• Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js).

• Proficient in CSV and JSON processing, deduplication, mapping, and enrichment.

• Experience with Google Sheets / Drive APIs and the Asana API.

• Knowledge of credential security, Git version control, and well-documented code.

• Understanding of MCP, including the configuration of MCP servers and connectors.

• Familiarity with using Claude, ChatGPT, and AI agents for operational tasks, with verification of AI outputs.

• Basic understanding of DNS fundamentals: A, CNAME, TXT, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

• Experience with Mailgun or similar sending services, subdomain strategies, bounces, and suppression lists.

• Familiarity with DNS management on platforms like GoDaddy and Cloudflare.

• Advanced proficiency in HighLevel.

• Advanced proficiency in Zapier.

• Proficiency in Claude and ChatGPT.

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets; knowledge of Apps Script is a plus.

• Proficient in Google Docs.

• Proficient in Smartsheet.

• Proficient in Asana.

• Daily communication and integration experience with Slack.

• Basic working knowledge of Canva.

• Basic HTML and CSS skills are a nice addition.

• Familiarity with HighLevel AI features, A2P 10DLC registration and SMS compliance, HighLevel certification, white-label and SaaS mode experience, Follow Up Boss, field-service software, or other industry CRM platforms are considered advantageous.
