Automated Testing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a team of testing specialists responsible for system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.

• Convert intricate program requirements into concise, testable objectives and use cases that align with mission outcomes.

• Create and take ownership of the comprehensive test strategy, which includes objectives, methodologies, timelines, and analysis.

• Design and implement end-to-end testing programs.

• Evaluate system performance independently against specified requirements while adhering to scope and schedule limitations.

• Develop and sustain automated test cases and scripts utilizing UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.

• Lead the analysis of test results and defect data.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to government stakeholders and program leadership.

• Suggest and assist in executing enhancements to testing cycles, test plans, and security assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.

• Proven experience in supervising a team of testing specialists and managing sophisticated, state-of-the-art testing programs.

• Expertise in converting complex program requirements into testable objectives and analyzing, recommending test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed testing objectives.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, ICAgile).

• Understanding of Systems Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration practices.

• Experience in creating and maintaining automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial testing environments and operational procedures.

• Possession of relevant certification from a recognized technical authority (e.g., SAFe Agile, ICAgile Certified Professional, Tosca Certified User).

• IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance is required.
