This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Manage intricate claims utilizing technical expertise and industry knowledge.

• Provide outstanding customer service while efficiently and accurately resolving claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in Auto Damage.

• A Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License is *required*.

• A valid driver’s license (must comply with company underwriting standards).

• Capability to uphold necessary state and federal certifications and permits.

• Strong computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to multitask.

• Keen attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in effective verbal and written communication, with a willingness to enhance these skills.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
