πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to investigate, bill, and optimize payments on medical claims directed at insurance companies.

β€’ Research and analyze details of auto accidents to identify the appropriate payer.

β€’ Make outbound calls to patients, representatives from insurance companies, and attorneys.

β€’ Submit invoices and necessary documentation to insurance providers.

β€’ Ensure maximum payment collection for hospital and medical provider clients.

β€’ Identify and implement follow-up actions, resubmitting bills for further payment when initial claims are not correctly processed.

β€’ Assist in the creation of denial reports, audits, and overall team support.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

β€’ Technical capability to operate multiple computer screens and software applications concurrently.

β€’ Ability to sustain strong performance in a fast-paced call center environment with set productivity targets.

β€’ Capacity to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.

β€’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

β€’ Familiarity with Coordination of Benefits and a general understanding of insurance billing is advantageous but not mandatory.

β€’ A private and distraction-free home work environment is required.

β€’ On-camera presence is necessary during working hours.

β€’ A secure internet connection is essential.

β€’ Home internet connection speeds must exceed 20 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

β€’ Workspace must accommodate the provided workstation equipment.

β€’ Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

β€’ Employment history verification and successful completion of a background check are mandatory.

β€’ Candidates must reside in the United States in one of the states approved in the posting.
