Auto Body Paint Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +40 more states.

📋 Description

• Travel to client locations to conduct top-notch minor automotive reconditioning tasks, ranging from paint touch-ups to comprehensive surface repairs, utilizing advanced spray equipment and established techniques.

• Prepare, blend, and apply finishes to vehicle surfaces.

• Operate independently at partner sites, including dealerships, rental agencies, and auction houses.

• Deliver swift, impeccable results that surpass client expectations.

• Create a talent pool for potential future Paint Technicians; immediate placements are not guaranteed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in collision repair or bodywork.

• Excellent attention to detail and color precision.

• Self-driven, resilient, and possessing a strong work ethic.

• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

• Physical capability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Willingness to use appropriate respiratory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment assessments, which may include a physical examination, vision screening, background check, and drug test.
