📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and confirm details related to basic automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages through analytical reasoning.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within the established limits of authority.

• Manage investigations that encompass various aspects of auto claims.

• Review, assess, and negotiate basic injury claims as needed.

• Recognize vehicle body parts and potential property damage.

• Identify customer needs and deliver suitable customer service.

• Assess the potential for subrogation or fraud and determine the appropriate handling procedures.

• Navigate through auto claims investigations and resolutions across the Northeastern states.

• Collaborate within a dynamic claims organization.

• No supervisory responsibilities are required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced Auto Adjuster with a solid foundation in coverage verification and liability assessment.

• Basic knowledge of insurance policies, the insurance sector, and organizational dynamics.

• Capability to investigate auto claims concerning coverage, liability, and damages with limited discretion.

• Proficiency in reviewing, assessing, and negotiating basic injury claims when applicable.

• Ability to identify vehicle body parts and comprehend potential property damage.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Capacity to determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling methods.

• Individuals currently possessing an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must refrain from holding outside appointments during employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must officially surrender it when directed by the licensing team.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Candidates must reside in one of the designated U.S. states and work in Eastern or Central Time Zone states.

• A dedicated, private workspace free from distractions is essential when working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.
