This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Become a part of the Audit Department as an entry-level staff member.
• Offer substantial assistance and support to Senior Professionals.
• Execute designated audit, review, and compilation tasks.
• Confirm bank balances.
• Analyze fixed assets.
• Conduct inventory counts.
• Identify and convey accounting and auditing issues to senior associates, managers, and partners.
• Establish working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and client personnel.
• Implement accounting and reporting standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 from an accredited college or university.
• CPA or 150 credit hours needed for CPA eligibility.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A sense of urgency when tackling projects.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Familiarity with Caseware/Caseview is advantageous.
