This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Assist Senior Professionals in their tasks
β’ Conduct assigned audit, review, and compilation procedures
β’ Confirm bank balances
β’ Assess fixed assets
β’ Carry out inventory counts
β’ Identify and relay accounting and auditing issues to senior associates, managers, and partners
β’ Foster professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and client personnel
β’ Utilize a fundamental understanding of accounting and reporting standards
β’ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
β’ Minimum GPA of 3.0 from an accredited college or university
β’ CPA or completion of 150 credit hours necessary for CPA eligibility
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing client responsiveness
β’ Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
β’ Proven teamwork and leadership capabilities
β’ Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
β’ Urgent approach to project tasks
β’ Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
β’ Familiarity with Caseware/Caseview is advantageous
