This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and annotate music, podcasts, audiobooks, and associated search scenarios.

• Utilize language skills and cultural insights to comprehend content, context, and user intentions.

• Listen to and assess audio material for relevance, context, and local cultural subtleties.

• Conduct online research to confirm details and enhance evaluation accuracy.

• Adhere to project guidelines consistently while using judgment on nuanced or subjective content.

• Clearly document findings, insights, and inquiries in English.

• Finish assigned annotation tasks within 1–2 week project timelines across various project types.

• Integrate feedback and escalate questions or issues that need clarification.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German as a primary language, with strong written and spoken English skills.

• Deep understanding of German culture, language, and local content.

• Familiarity with Indonesian music, podcasts, audiobooks, and other forms of digital media.

• Comfortable navigating audio streaming platforms on both desktop and mobile devices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.

• Background in content annotation, rating, or evaluation, including subjective assessments and consistent application of established criteria.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, as well as web-based tools and platforms.

• Dependable, flexible, and receptive to receiving and applying feedback.

• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or macOS Tahoe.

• Willingness to install necessary ModSquad security systems on both computer and mobile device.

• A stable broadband internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher.

• 8 GB RAM or more.

• High-quality headset with clear audio capabilities.

• A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
