This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee paid media, public relations, and performance reporting for multiple clients, ensuring timely launches, smooth operations, and full delivery of objectives.
• Handle a significant number of small paid media campaigns across podcast vendors, which includes organizing creative materials, setting up tracking links, monitoring pacing, and liaising with vendors across various time zones.
• Manage PR campaigns from start to finish, encompassing client onboarding, research, partner identification, copywriting, execution, and reporting.
• Create concise and engaging copy for advertisements, social media posts, guest appearances, and podcast promotions.
• Collaborate with podcast networks, publishers, and social media partners on campaign setup, reporting, and troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct quality assurance on data from analytics platforms, validate reporting accuracy, and proactively identify and address issues.
• Aid in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance summaries, ensuring that podcast and media campaign performance data is accurate and clearly presented to the client.
• Stay updated on trends in podcasting, social media, and creator marketing to spot new opportunities for audience expansion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Slides, Drive).
• Experience in aggregating, organizing, and visualizing data.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to produce concise and engaging copy.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of podcast and creator culture.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A minimum of two years of relevant internship or entry-level experience in media, marketing, or analytics.
• Work from any location you choose—whether it's your home in the countryside, a coffee shop in the city, or a yurt in the woods, as long as you have reliable Wi-Fi.
