Auction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of sellers from start to finish, overseeing everything from the initial submission to a successfully completed auction.

• Actively reach out to sellers via phone, text, and email to sustain momentum, eliminate obstacles, and minimize drop-off rates.

• Assist sellers in collecting necessary materials to ensure their vehicles are listed on the site.

• Set clear expectations and negotiate reserve prices, including making adjustments based on market feedback.

• Guarantee that listings are precise, comprehensive, and presented professionally in collaboration with the Editorial Team.

• Maintain a sense of urgency and accountability to optimize sell-through rates.

• Provide prompt, professional, and high-touch support.

• Guide sellers towards achieving successful auction outcomes.

• Demonstrated sales experience with consumer goods, marketplaces, or auction platforms.

• High emotional intelligence and self-assurance.

• Genuine enthusiasm for enthusiast cars and insight into the mindset of car buyers and sellers.

• Understanding of vehicle transaction processes, necessary documentation, and ownership transfer.

• Exceptionally organized and detail-focused.

• Strong follow-through abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear and persuasive.

• Capacity to excel in fast-paced, performance-oriented settings.
