Attorney – U.S. Business Immigration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the provision of intricate immigration services.

• Leverage in-depth legal knowledge of U.S. business immigration regulations.

• Prepare, assess, and file non-immigrant and immigrant petitions.

• Manage client expectations and deliverables effectively.

• Facilitate the lawful relocation of employees across international borders.

• Supervise law clerks and members of the client service team.

• Continuously assess and improve best practices in client service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree along with admission to any U.S. state bar.

• Practical understanding of U.S. immigration processes.

• Exceptional managerial, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Capability to offer legal expertise and strategic business solutions.

• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and diverse projects.

• Established track record of handling sensitive information with discretion.
