Attorney Recruiter – International Contractor Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, connect with, and recruit qualified attorneys for law firms across the United States.

• Actively source U.S.-based attorneys through platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, state bar directories, professional networks, referrals, and various other sourcing methods.

• Build and sustain qualified candidate pipelines for designated positions.

• Conduct focused searches based on practice area, jurisdiction, bar admission, relevant experience, compensation expectations, and client requirements.

• Initiate candidate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone communications.

• Screen candidates against established criteria before submission.

• Produce qualified candidate submissions for ongoing searches.

• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep precise candidate records, statuses, notes, and follow-up actions.

• Provide updates on sourcing activities, candidate responses, submissions, interviews, and pipeline status.

• Assess sourcing results and modify recruiting strategies as needed.

• Manage multiple active searches while ensuring candidate quality and responsiveness.

• Meet performance expectations regarding candidate quality, pipeline development, responsiveness, consistency, and recruitment results.

• Communicate recruitment challenges and make necessary adjustments to sourcing strategies.

• Work autonomously while maintaining clear communication with the team about progress, challenges, and outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in LinkedIn-based candidate sourcing and direct outreach.

• Established ability to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining candidate pipelines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational, research, and follow-up abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize time-sensitive recruiting needs and respond promptly.

• Strong professional judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to determine appropriate next steps and work independently within established recruiting processes.

• Capability to effectively manage multiple searches and competing priorities.

• Comfort in working towards clearly defined recruiting goals and performance expectations.

• Experience in recruiting U.S.-based attorneys or other legal professionals is highly preferred.

• Candidates must conduct services from outside the United States.

• Submit a resume along with an overview of recruiting experience, legal recruiting background, LinkedIn sourcing experience, platforms utilized, challenging pipeline experiences, and an example of a difficult search.
