Attorney Performance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess attorney hearing reports for accuracy and thoroughness

• Detect and rectify discrepancies prior to publication

• Address attorney performance issues, including Failure to Appear incidents, complaints, and sanctions

• Manage challenging or complex attorney tickets, issues, or complaints, ensuring proper documentation and resolution

• Follow up with clients when issues have an impact on them

• Investigate inquiries related to hearing report outcomes, attorney performance, and attorney history

• Oversee performance metrics to guarantee timely resolution of compliance tasks

• Process and manage FTAs and filtered attorneys; identify training requirements and remediation based on trends and data

• Supervise the Learning Management System for attorneys

• Provide support for attorney services through calls, chats, tickets, and emails

• Recognize and propose enhancements to systems and processes

• Participate in weekly team meetings and deliver training on the attorney platform

• Execute additional tasks as assigned

• Capability to plan, multitask, and manage time efficiently

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong computer proficiency

• Preferred: Experience with AI

• Preferred: Background in the legal field
