Attorney – Legal Calculations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate court judgments, appellate rulings, and orders related to payments and court expenses.

• Draft and assess documentation for court costs, judicial deposits, appellate fees, legal expenses, GRU, DARE, GARE, and other pertinent paperwork.

• Initiate and oversee judicial payment requests.

• Monitor and manage procedural timelines.

• Organize litigation-related documents efficiently.

• Prepare and verify calculations, ensuring precision in amounts, deadlines, and banking information.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid OAB license.

• Proven experience in analyzing judgments, appellate rulings, payments, and court costs.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing forms and judicial payments.

• Background in tracking deadlines and organizing litigation documents.

• Solid understanding of court costs and judicial fees.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• An analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Initiative in recognizing and rectifying discrepancies.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capacity to handle a high volume of tasks within strict deadlines.

• Careful attention to detail when examining amounts, deadlines, and banking information.

• Familiarity with the Elaw system is advantageous.
