Attack Operations Center Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct Disengagement Validation by assessing AI attacker decisions to verify that each suggested action is suitable and secure within the specific application context.

• Eliminate AI authentication obstacles by offering essential context, resolving CAPTCHAs, or employing alternative methods to gain access.

• Direct the AI during the reconnaissance phase, ensuring that Attack Data Classification is precise and actionable.

• Relay tactical decisions back into the system, aiding safety engineers in calibrating models, minimizing false positives, and upholding stringent safety guarantees.

• Manage and sustain comprehensive context across multiple concurrent client projects.

• Serve as the human-in-the-loop for intricate security challenges.

• Facilitate real-world, AI-driven scenario testing for the protection of clients’ sensitive data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience, gained through internships, coursework, projects, or professional roles, in at least one of the following areas:

• Web application or network penetration testing.

• Security Operations Center (SOC) or tactical monitoring environments.

• Manual interactions with complex authentication processes, APIs, or session management.

• Evaluation or auditing of automated security tools and vulnerability scanners.

• Ability to swiftly switch contexts between multiple active engagements while adhering to strict attention to detail and safety protocols.

• Must be eligible to work in Mexico without sponsorship.

• Previous experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning models, or automated offensive security frameworks.

• Participation in security competitions, CTFs, and/or testing platforms such as Hack the Box, TryHackMe, PortSwigger Web Security Academy, etc.

• Strong technical knowledge and the capability to quickly absorb new information to make timely "human-in-the-loop" decisions.

• Proficient in documenting and articulating technical decisions clearly to internal safety and engineering teams.
