This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and manage configurations for Jira Software Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
• Set up workflows, issue types, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and automation rules.
• Administer and maintain permission groups in alignment with governance and project requirements.
• Ensure the consistent application of SDLC workflows and naming conventions.
• Facilitate and support Rovo AI and Atlassian Intelligence functionalities within Jira and Confluence.
• Aid users in utilizing AI-assisted features such as summarization, enhanced search capabilities, suggestions, and smart automation.
• Support the rollout of new AI functionalities and assist teams in adopting AI tools.
• Provide administration support for Phoenix Incident Management, DX, and Tempo Timesheets.
• Manage Jira add-ons and ensure the integrity of configurations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and supporting integrations among Jira, Confluence, CircleCI, Phoenix, DX, GitHub/GitLab, and other SDLC tools.
• Oversee REST API integrations and manage webhook connections across various tools.
• Resolve issues related to automation rules, workflows, and synchronization.
• Enforce governance standards and conduct routine tooling audit reviews.
• Maintain platform hygiene by removing unused workflows, schemes, custom fields, projects, and permission groups.
• Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, workflows, permission groups, and integrations.
• Coordinate with Global Technology for escalations related to identity, infrastructure, or vendors.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, administration guides, configuration standards, and support materials.
• Assist in training and onboarding teams on tools, AI features, and workflows.
• 2–4+ years of experience administering Atlassian Cloud (Jira Software + Confluence).
• Proficient in administering Jira add-ons and managing their configurations.
• Familiarity with basic administration of Tempo Timesheets.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and webhook management across SDLC tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD or developer tool integrations (CircleCI, GitHub, GitLab).
• Ability to support AI-assisted features (Rovo AI, Atlassian Intelligence) from both usage and implementation perspectives.
• Understanding of Agile SDLC workflows and their impact on tooling.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• Experience in conducting tooling audits and managing permission group structures.
• Basic administration experience with Phoenix Incident Management or DX.
• Atlassian Administrator Certification (ACP-620 or ACP-420).
