Atlassian Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Analyze client needs and design the most suitable technical solution.

• Create architectures on Atlassian Cloud and Data Center.

• Define solutions for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.

• Estimate effort, scope, and resources for projects.

• Provide technical support to the team by addressing questions and resolving blockages.

• Collaborate with Project Managers in project planning and monitoring.

• Maintain continuous communication with clients and participate in decision-making processes.

• Design validation strategies and document solutions.

• Evaluate new requirements and suggest improvements.

• Work alongside Sales and Delivery teams, offering technical insights.

• Transform business needs into scalable technological solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Lead the design of solutions in digital transformation projects for both national and international clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in Spain.

• Fluent Spanish language skills.

• Experience as a Solution Architect or Atlassian Architect in digital implementation and transformation projects.

• Proven experience designing solutions on Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Experience defining architectures, governance models, and best practices.

• Experience in project estimation and defining technical scope.

• Capacity to technically lead teams and manage client communication.

• C1 level English proficiency will be valued.

• ACP-120 certification or other Atlassian certifications will be considered an asset.

• Official Atlassian accreditations will be valued.

• Experience with migrations to Atlassian Cloud will be considered an advantage.

• Knowledge of Automation, Assets, REST APIs, and integrations with Marketplace applications will be valued.

• Experience with Agile methodologies will be an advantage.
