Atlassian Administrator – Jira, Confluence – French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage the Atlassian platform, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

• Oversee Jira Cloud, Jira On-Premise, and Jira Data Center environments.

• Handle workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, Confluence spaces, and Atlassian Automation.

• Create and configure Jira and JSM projects, as well as Confluence spaces.

• Execute imports and migrations.

• Manage users, groups, permissions, and JSM licenses.

• Provide support for Jira and Confluence APIs.

• Resolve functional and technical incidents.

• Participate in a significant international project.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of experience in managing the Atlassian platform: Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence.

• Administration of Jira Cloud, Jira On-Premise, and Jira Data Center.

• Governance of Atlassian: workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, Confluence spaces, and Atlassian Automation.

• Creation and configuration of Jira and JSM projects, Confluence spaces, imports, and migrations.

• Management of users, groups, permissions, and JSM licenses.

• Support for Jira and Confluence APIs and resolution of functional and technical incidents.

• French C1 (mandatory).

• English B2-C1.

• Desirable: Xray, ScriptRunner, EazyBI, Advanced Roadmaps, and Structure.

• Must reside in Spanish or French territory; the application specifically inquires about residence in Spanish territory.
