Athletics Travel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Coordinate all elements of athletic individual travel, which includes GDS domestic and international air, hotel, and car reservations.

• Organize all components of athletic team travel, such as group contract air, group hotel blocks, and charter bus arrangements.

• Calculate and execute exchanges for both group and individual travel, domestically and internationally.

• Oversee group hotel and bus invoicing to ensure compliance with monthly deadlines.

• Familiarize with the Anthony Travel Group Airline Benefits.

• Understand the Anthony Travel Preferred Bus and Hotel Programs.

• Deliver excellent customer service to external and internal clients through phone and email communication.

• Assist the Regional Manager with administrative and daily tasks across various schools in the portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Sabre GDS.

• Ideally possess five years of experience in a travel agency.

• Experience in booking air, car, and hotel accommodations.

• Knowledge of airline exchanges.

• Understanding of individual and group pricing records.

• Familiarity with general office PC-based programs, including Microsoft Office 365.

• Strong judgement and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to produce precise work under the pressure of ticketing deadlines.

• Quick-thinking with professional customer service abilities.

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Must be punctual and maintain regular attendance at work.
