Athletics Travel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Coordinate all elements of individual athletic travel, encompassing GDS bookings for domestic and international flights, accommodations, and vehicle rentals.

• Organize all components of team athletic travel, which includes arranging group contract flights, securing group hotel accommodations, and organizing charter bus services.

• Calculate and process exchanges for both individual and group travel, for domestic as well as international itineraries.

• Oversee invoicing for group hotels and bus services to ensure compliance with monthly deadlines.

• Familiarize oneself with the Airline Benefits provided by Anthony Travel Group.

• Understand the Preferred Bus and Hotel Programs associated with Anthony Travel.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients through phone and email communication.

• Assist the Regional Manager with administrative tasks and daily operations across various schools within the portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in using Sabre GDS.

• A minimum of five years of experience in a travel agency setting is preferred.

• Experience in booking air travel, car rentals, and hotel accommodations.

• Knowledge of airline exchanges along with individual and group pricing records.

• Familiarity with general office software, particularly Microsoft Office 365.

• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Capability to produce precise work under the pressure of ticketing deadlines.

• Quick thinking with professional customer service skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Must be punctual and maintain regular attendance at work.
