This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide Claro Postpaid services as a commercial advisor.

• Conduct commercial management remotely from home.

• Assist and guide customers.

• Work within the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Adhere to the essential technical specifications required for remote operations.

• Join the MDY Customer Experience team, a BPO telecommunications company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.

• Completed secondary education.

• Experienced in sales or not.

• Strong commercial skills and customer orientation.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Windows 11 Pro, Enterprise, or Workstation required.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Wired internet connection (Ethernet), no Wi-Fi.

• Updated processor.
