This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to client inquiries in the role of Customer Service Advisor.

• Operate in a remote working environment.

• Engage in in-person training and on-the-job training (OJT).

• Manage client support during afternoon shifts.

• Work with a rotating day off once a week.

• Facilitate connections between businesses and their customers through service experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Valid National ID (DNI).

• No prior experience is necessary.

• Availability for in-person training and OJT.

• Willingness to work from Monday to Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., with management hours from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. or from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

• Rotating day off once a week.

• Completion of secondary education.
