ATC, Turnos Full, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to and/or receive specific calls from Claro RUC 10 clients (Businesses)

• Provide customer service for Claro Corporate Mobile

• Manage inquiries without making sales

• Work remotely during Full Time or Part Time shifts

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old (essential requirement)

• Completed secondary education

• Customer service experience: 3 months (Formal or Informal)

• Must have personal work tools

• PC or Laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM

• Windows 11 PRO operating system

• Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)

• Functional headset with microphone

• Webcam

• Availability for Full Time or Part Time shifts

• Willingness to work rotating rest days
