ATC – Turno Tarde, Semi Full / Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries as a customer service advisor.

• Work from home in a fully remote capacity.

• Operate during afternoon shifts.

• Fulfill a work schedule of 7 hours and 30 minutes with an additional 45-minute break for full-time, 6 hours for semi-full, or 4 hours for part-time roles.

• Engage in paid training from the very first day.

• Provide support within the telecommunications sector for various Partner Service clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.

• Valid ID required.

• Minimum of 3 months of experience.

• Strong communication skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.

• Availability for afternoon shifts.

• Flexibility to work full-time, semi-full, or part-time schedules.
