This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer inquiries support as a customer service advisor.

• Operate remotely from the comfort of your home.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age.

• Valid National ID (DNI).

• Minimum of 3 months of experience.

• Strong communication skills.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.

• Flexibility for morning/afternoon shifts and full-time, semi-full, or part-time schedules.
