ATC Remoto, Semi Full y Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from clients regarding CLARO services.

• Provide assistance, guidance, and resolve inquiries.

• Conduct commercial management during customer interactions.

• Operate in a remote management capacity for Lima and other provinces.

• Adhere to semi-full or part-time schedules with a rotating day off each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Call Center environment.

• A PC or Laptop running Windows 10.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB-compatible headphones.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Completion of Secondary Education.
