This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Act as a customer service representative (CSR) to assist clients

• Engage in training and perform duties during full-time afternoon hours

• Work remotely using a laptop or PC with a wired internet connection

• Connect businesses with their customers through human agents and AI

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work 100% from home

• Must have a laptop or PC for training purposes

• Wired internet connection with a speed greater than 30mb

• Full-time afternoon hours

• Proactive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year
