• Manage and respond to customer inquiries

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work 100% remotely from home

• A laptop or PC is required for training

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 30mb

• Full-time afternoon availability

• Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and a willingness to learn

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year
