• Respond and manage customer inquiries as part of the customer service team.

• Engage in training using a laptop or PC with a wired internet connection.

• Work full-time afternoon shifts.

• Availability to work 100% from home.

• A laptop or PC is required for training.

• Wired internet connection is necessary.

• Full-time afternoon schedule.

• Proactive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.

• Professional experience: less than 1 year.
