ATC – Full Time Tarde

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance and manage customer inquiries as a customer service agent

• Engage in training sessions using a laptop or PC with wired internet

• Work full-time during the evening shift from home

• Deliver exceptional experiences to the clients served by Konecta

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work 100% from home

• A laptop or PC is required for training

• Wired internet connection of at least 30mb

• Full-time evening shift schedules

• Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and eagerness to learn

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year
