ATC + Cross, Con experiencia en call center, Semi full y Full time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from Claro customers

• Provide service enhancements from CLARO tailored to customer needs

• Conduct customer service and cross-selling activities

• Contribute to the success of the customer service team

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• Experience in a call center (minimum of 2 months)

• Wired PC or Laptop with internet access (no Wi-Fi)

• Availability for fixed schedules from Monday to Sunday, with a rotating day off

• Availability for full-time or semi-full shifts
