This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from Claro Hogar customers

• Address inquiries and concerns

• Provide information to clients

• Contribute to the success of the customer service team

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• Call center experience (minimum of 2 months)

• Wired PC or laptop with internet connection (no Wi-Fi)

• Availability for the specified full-time or part-time schedules
