📋 Description

• Responsible for service sales and customer relationship management within the designated region.

• Promote service contracts, maintenance services, spare parts, and value-added service solutions.

• Identify and explore business opportunities with clients to achieve sales targets.

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up on service contract signings, renewals, and execution status.

• Coordinate internal resources to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Gather market and customer information.

• Identify regional business opportunities and drive their conversion.

• Support regional marketing activities and key project implementation.

• Continuously learn about product knowledge and sales skills.

• Adhere to company processes and compliance requirements.

• Utilize CRM systems for managing customers and sales opportunities.
