This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide direct and telehealth therapy services to clients through phone, video, and in-person sessions.
• Deliver crisis intervention alongside both short- and long-term psychotherapy.
• Perform mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Facilitate referrals and manage case services.
• Keep clinical records accurate and current, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Complete all documentation within set deadlines.
• Follow mandated reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with case management, administrative, and leadership teams for coordinated care.
• Maintain professional and timely communication through email, phone, and instant messaging.
• Take part in team meetings, training sessions, and interdisciplinary planning efforts.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Exhibit punctuality, dependability, and responsiveness.
• Uphold exceptional standards of customer service and empathy.
• Collaborate with the case management team, administrative staff, and management team.
• Engage in clinical supervision and keep an updated supervision log.
• Offer ongoing clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic services for patients and their families.
• Must possess a current license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), OR Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).
• Proficient in computer skills and office software (Google Suite), spreadsheets (Google Sheets), operating systems (Windows/MAC), and communication/collaboration tools (Gmail).
• Strong analytical abilities and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional customer service skills with both patients and colleagues.
• Outstanding communication and listening capabilities.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Capacity to communicate with compassion and empathy.
• A Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or counseling from an accredited institution.
• Must hold an active, current, and clear registration with the California Board of Behavioral Health Sciences (BBS) REQUIRED.
• Must be recognized as a mental health professional as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT).
