Associate Territory Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to support current accounts and explore new business prospects.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships, comprehend their needs, and offer customized solutions.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of windows, doors, siding, trim, and other essential product lines.

• Utilize CRM systems and order entry tools to oversee customer information and sales activities.

• Work together with inside sales and operations teams on quotes, order processing, and customer follow-up.

• Engage in customer meetings, site visits, and provide field support alongside Territory Sales and Regional Managers.

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A proactive individual with a strong initiative and a desire to advance a career in sales.

• Effective and professional communicator capable of establishing rapport swiftly.

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and navigate various facets of the business.

• Strong team player who can excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Customer service-oriented mindset dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital systems, including CRM and quoting tools.

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for field travel.

• Willing to consider future relocation within the Midwest region.

• Approximately 50%+ travel based on regional requirements.
