📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, consultative recruitment support that aligns with business and workforce priorities.

• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle for designated functions or regions.

• Contribute to wider talent acquisition strategies, processes, and initiatives.

• Act as a reliable recruiting partner for hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

• Offer insights on talent market conditions, hiring strategies, and selection processes.

• Grasp business objectives and workforce requirements to create effective recruiting strategies.

• Establish clear expectations regarding timelines, role specifications, and candidate profiles.

• Actively develop talent pipelines for essential and challenging-to-fill positions.

• Advocate for employer brand messaging that aligns with organizational values and enhances employee experience.

• Collaborate on candidate assessments, offer suggestions, and hiring decisions.

• Assist in the creation of offers and negotiations in accordance with compensation guidelines and internal equity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.

• Background in recruiting within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sectors across various job levels.

• Proven capability to collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals.

• Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.

• Familiarity with employment laws and compliant hiring practices.

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
