Associate Supply Chain Procurement Specialist – Level I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and acquire various commodities across multiple programs.

• Perform price analyses and negotiate terms in accordance with established policies and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

• Collaborate and engage with programs and various organizations both within and outside of the Global Supply Chain.

• Organize and coordinate activities to achieve objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business administration, supply chain, or a related field; alternatively, 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• At least 6 months of experience (internship or otherwise) in supply chain, purchasing/procurement, operations, and/or business.

• Prior internship, co-op, or other relevant work experience.

• Familiarity with the Aerospace or Aviation industry.

• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations.

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Availability for Shift 1: 7:00 AM–4:45 PM PST.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
