This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement and improve ServiceNow solutions across various locations.
• Offer technical expertise in ServiceNow development, primarily within the Source to Pay (S2P) and ITSM modules.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Collect, analyze, and comprehend business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.
• Develop platform functionalities utilizing ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Enhance user experiences through the Service Portal and UI Builder.
• Create solutions employing Jelly Scripting and AngularJS as needed.
• Conduct component integration testing and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications, integrations, and the platform.
• Assist in standardizing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Work with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Engage in design discussions and offer recommendations for scalable ServiceNow implementations.
• Assist with platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Over 4 years of experience in the field.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P) and ITSM modules.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and UI Builder.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise settings.
• Strong integration experience of ServiceNow with third-party and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Familiarity with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience in creating and configuring custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience in conducting component integration testing and troubleshooting issues.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CSM, GRC, or HRSD modules is a plus.
• ITIL knowledge is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
