This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Comprehend functional requirements and assess client needs within the project's context.
• Conceptualize comprehensive solutions for specified functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify technologies, patterns, and frameworks necessary for implementing solutions.
• Establish and apply design methodologies and toolsets.
• Facilitate application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Lead and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts.
• Develop, understand, and validate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and estimated efforts for modules or tasks, providing justifications for estimates.
• Address issues swiftly and maintain a positive outlook in the face of setbacks and challenges, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Offer constructive feedback to team members while setting clear expectations.
• Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Create and justify solutions for challenges identified during code or design reviews.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to verify that proposed designs and technologies fulfill requirements.
• Design and implement SAP BN4L Freight Collaboration, Dispute Management, and Global Track and Trace functionalities.
• Configure carrier onboarding, freight collaboration, and tendering processes.
• Integrate Transportation Management (TM), BN4L, and external logistics systems.
• Draft functional specifications and assist in development processes.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support go-live initiatives, and provide Level 2/Level 3 support.
• Over 5 years of overall experience.
• Experience as an SAP BN4L Functional Consultant.
• Capability to deliver comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions, including carrier collaboration through Business Network for Logistics (BN4L).
• Ability to lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementations in TM and BN4L.
• Experience in designing and deploying SAP BN4L capabilities, specifically Freight Collaboration (FC), Dispute Management, and Global Track and Trace (GTT).
• Background in configuring carrier onboarding, freight collaboration, and tendering processes.
• Proficiency in ensuring integration between TM, BN4L, and external logistics systems.
• Skill in preparing functional specifications (RICEFW) and supporting development efforts.
• Experience in executing SIT/UAT testing and assisting with go-live activities.
• Competence in providing Level 2/Level 3 support, incident resolution, and enhancements.
• Ability to conduct knowledge transfer and documentation during project roll-off activities.
• Strong experience in SAP TM.
• Practical experience with SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
