Associate Staff Engineer – Atlassian Platform Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee executive governance, commercial aspects, and manage strategic escalation processes.

• Administer and enhance the client’s Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, which includes Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and approved plugins.

• Execute comprehensive platform administration, involving project/space configuration, workflow design, automation, permissions, and access governance.

• Propel ongoing platform improvements through configuration adjustments, dashboard enhancements, reporting, and optimization of user experience.

• Assist with enterprise change initiatives such as migrations, upgrades, integrations, and the enablement of new features.

• Deliver responsive L1-L3 support services to maintain platform reliability, resolve issues, and ensure business continuity.

• Facilitate AI-driven productivity by configuring and maintaining Atlassian Rovo Agents, prompts, knowledge sources, and workflow integrations.

• Ensure operations are secure, scalable, and compliant through governance, validation, and pre-production testing of all platform modifications.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to enhance business value, adoption, and operational efficiency throughout the Atlassian platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Site Administration.

• Strong skills in Jira Service Management Administration.

• Solid experience in Confluence Administration.

• Knowledge of Zephyr for JIRA.

• Expertise in API Development and Integration.
