Associate – Specialty Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Foster the adoption and expansion of key Women’s Health products by building relationships with prescribers.

• Implement and execute focused sales strategies to meet sales goals and drive business growth.

• Gain an understanding of the designated territory and create a strategic call plan.

• Build and sustain relationships with prescribers and professionals in Women’s Healthcare.

• Advocate for products through engaging product education and presentations.

• Meet sales targets and promote growth within the designated territory.

• Collaborate with district partners to enhance overall results.

• Evaluate market trends and the assigned territory to formulate effective sales strategies.

• Position products effectively by leveraging product and prescriber knowledge.

• Prepare and present sales pitches to engage prescribers effectively.

• Adhere to all laws and regulations while using Mayne Pharma assets with integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• At least 1–2 years of direct sales experience; experience in pharmaceutical sales within Women’s Health is strongly preferred.

• Excellent oral and written presentation skills are required.

• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce software, are required.

• Frequent travel for business is necessary.

• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs.

• Frequent communication, including talking, hearing, and visual acuity for detail and accuracy, as well as repetitive motions, are essential.

• Must comply with relevant laws, regulations, work authorization, and employment eligibility verification requirements.
