Associate, Service Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete management of cross-functional implementations and projects.

• Develop project plans and engage with stakeholders.

• Foster collaboration by managing cross-functional relationships.

• Address edge cases and ensure timely project completion.

• Assess departmental performance by creating, collecting, and analyzing data.

• Support the development of departmental metrics and the implementation of mitigation strategies.

• Formulate proactive implementation, communication, and program strategies for change management and risk mitigation.

• Guide team members and encourage the professional growth of colleagues.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Report to the Senior Director of Member & Provider Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.

• 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.

• 2+ years of experience utilizing data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.

• 2+ years of experience in managing projects from start to finish.

• 2+ years of experience in designing and enhancing workflows, along with establishing related operating and technical procedures.

• 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
