Associate Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Implement mitigation strategies to avert vector attacks.

• Conduct in-depth packet analysis to detect network threats and attacks.

• Oversee and document technical issues, responses, and requests.

• Offer customer support to address and resolve network and connectivity problems.

• Interact with customers regarding challenges, updates on mitigation efforts, and results of analysis.

• Manage the central alerting system to identify and lessen the impact of security breaches.

• Provide managed services for media and security to proactively maintain quality and safeguard customers' online presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.

• Understanding of internet functionalities, including DNS, HTTP, and IP protocol suites.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to update internal documentation effectively.

• Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new tools and technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with the common OWASP Top 10 and their relation to internet service compromises or attacks.

• Outstanding collaboration and teamwork abilities.
