Associate Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to act as a trusted advisor for customers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with assigned customers.

• Offer consultation and support throughout the entire customer journey.

• Provide customized solutions, including product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-servicing.

• Assist in formulating and implementing strategic account plans.

• Drive revenue growth and enhance the effectiveness of ASP solutions.

• Deliver hands-on customer support to ensure optimal utilization of products and services.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams.

• Support new product launches, process enhancements, and customer-specific initiatives.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor actions.

• Identify growth opportunities and proactively meet customer needs.

• Engage with AORN, IAHCSMM, SGNA, and regional buying groups.

• Analyze sales performance using various tools, systems, and dashboards.

• Uphold ASP’s mission of safeguarding patients through effective sterilization and disinfection solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.

• At least one year of B2B outside sales experience is essential.

• Experience in prospecting for new business and making cold calls.

• A valid driver's license issued in the United States is necessary.

• Must be able to travel 75% of the time, including air travel.

• Candidates must either reside in or be willing to relocate within the specified territory.
