Associate Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage in an interactive sales training program.

• Acquire knowledge about products, procedures, and clinical applications during live breast care procedures.

• Assist territory managers as they work to develop, expand, and convert physicians from competitor products to Mammotome products.

• Contribute towards achieving territory sales objectives and initiatives.

• Provide support to Sales Representatives and customers.

• Generate daily sales leads and maintain a pipeline through cold calls, emails, in-person demonstrations, and evaluations.

• Conduct customer presentations and showcase product features along with their benefits.

• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager within the North Central Sales Region.

• Offer support across various states in the southeast territories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical experience.

• Proven track record of effectively selling value propositions, including actively developing competitive opportunities and clinical relationships that lead to converted business, as well as recognizing and countering competitive threats.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proactive, action-oriented self-starter with a knack for problem-solving and achieving results.

• Must be willing to relocate when assigned to a Sales Representative position.

• Overnight travel is required for standard assignments.

• Extended travel for open territory coverage may also be necessary.

• Compliance with hospital credentialing policies, including medical records, immunizations, vaccinations, and background checks is mandatory.

• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
