Associate Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the sales initiatives of full-line Certified Surgical Sales Representatives and Independent Manufacturers Representatives within the designated region.

• Foster and grow sales in the OR Business Unit with both current and prospective accounts.

• Support the sales of all SBU products where suitable.

• Conduct sales calls to surgeons, operating room management, nursing staff, supply chain, and administrative personnel.

• Articulate the advantages of CooperSurgical products for surgical practices and operating rooms.

• Collect and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to the Regional Manager.

• Strategize and implement sales plans to meet targets and objectives within the assigned region and territory.

• Complete training on products and surgical applications while demonstrating clinical and product expertise.

• Educate physicians, nursing staff, and cleaning and sterilization teams on the correct use and maintenance of products.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

• Entry-Level with 0-2 years of documented and verifiable sales experience, ideally within the hospital/OR setting or clinical experience in Labor & Delivery.

• Proven track record of increasing sales in prior positions.

• Positive and satisfactory feedback from business and personal references.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% each month.

• Must maintain medical documentation and an acceptable health profile to meet customer needs within the territory.

• Valid driver's license is required.

• Completion of product and surgical application training requirements and passing both interim and final examinations is mandatory.

• Current training certification in Operating Room Protocol for Health Care Representatives, Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens, and HIPAA regulations must be maintained.
