
Associate Sales Representative, Acute Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Drive revenue growth within a designated territory, product category, or specific accounts.
• Recognize and secure new business opportunities.
• Promote Baxter’s medical diagnostic products to hospitals, clinics, and physician offices.
• Engage with existing and potential Acute and Primary Care clients within the assigned region.
• Collaborate with account executives, area vice presidents, clinical consultants, sales engineers, solution architects, corporate and strategic accounts, and product management to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Market the full range of Welch Allyn products and systems through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Interact with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, nursing administration, cardiology, radiology, respiratory care, medical/surgical departments, emergency rooms, clinical informatics, IT, biomed, and materials management.
• Carry out the complete sales process, encompassing opportunity prioritization, forecasting, qualification of smaller opportunities, and prospects in small hospitals and primary care settings.
• Conduct thorough prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity development.
• Arrange demonstrations for Baxter’s Account Executives.
• Utilize business intelligence and sales analysis tools and reports to enhance and manage opportunities.
• Fulfill administrative duties and provide detailed updates in Salesforce.com.
• Perform additional assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Preferred background in selling medical and/or capital equipment.
• Strong familiarity with Windows-based applications, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems or Salesforce.com is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently.
• Ability to comprehend and influence individuals from nurses to C-level executives.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in structuring sales agreements, collaborating with team members, and achieving critical milestones in the sales process.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
